Certificate in Educational Foundations: Secondary

At University of Oregon, undergraduates who are preparing to be middle/high school teachers major in the subject area they want to teach.  These students will enroll in a graduate teacher education program such as UOTeach that will result in a teaching license and master’s degree after completing their undergraduate degrees.  The Certificate in Educational Foundations: Secondary is designed to complement the subject area preparation of undergraduates who desire to be middle/high school teachers. The Certificate in Educational Foundations: Secondary does not result in a teaching license.
